Open Question: Do I have a chance with her?

Ok so there's this girl in my english class who I think is really pretty and has a good personality...I'd like to ask her out, but I don't know her very well. look, I'm only in 8th grade and everyone is still too immature to realize how stupid the idea of popularity is. I've been told that in 8th grade everyone sorta comes together, and we're every friends except for the weird kids. I can sorta look that happening, but not totally with this girl. I'm friends with every her friends, but we never talk much, and she's the nice to go out with every the arrogant guys. I'm really strong and I don't act stupid every the time, like some people do when trying to impress girls by being silly. I just be myself. Anyway, we do talk when our class goes to the computer lab, because she sits right next to me. That's where she laughs at everything I say and we do this thing where we type in huge font in MS Word. That's when we're not allowed to talk and its faster than texting obviously, especially when you're right next to the person. I thing she might kinda think I'm chilly and everything because she playfully calls me a loser. She also gave me her number and always replies when I text her after school. So, I guess the main problem is getting to know her. We don't talk every day and I can't just ask her to the movies or something because when kids at our school go to the movies, they go in massive groups, and I'm typically not part of that group, even though I could be if I really wanted to. So, what should I do to receive her to like me? Should I just text her and mess around with her in class, or something else?

Open Question: Does my teacher like me?

My teacher is mega hot but i know its wrong to think of a teacher that way. But for some reason he favors me like he always gives me MVP for swim class and i feel like he's looking at my butt when i do my swimming laps.... During history when we play movies and the lights are off i always look him wink at me and grin. Once i answered a question right and he said "Thats my girl". I won an award and he put his arm around me tightly for a picture. What do i do????

Open Question: What is a REALLY great movie to rent for a quiet, relaxing evening with family?

**I would rather something in the "comedy" genre. We have family nights planned for this weekend, lots of food, relaxation and sprawling over the sofa watching good movies. Problem is... I haven't yet picked out those promised "good movies". ANY help would be appreciated. Open Question: MY REASON TO BE OBBSESSED WITH TWILIGHT?

Okk. I guess i am obsessed with twilight the book, or maybe i just obsessed with edward. What girl wouldn' t be? he's the perfect guy. I break down in tears when i read the books, he's so sweet. I wonder if such a guy exists. Of course i mean the personality part, not the vampire part. Edward in the book is soo sweet, caring, sensitive, silly, cute, and seductive. I feel that the edward from the movie doesn't compare to edward from the books. Edward in the movie just isn't as i pictured him to be. Hes cute of course, but different. When i read the books I don't picture his face as the edward part, hes just not as mesmerizing as the edward from the book. Most of the time when i read the books i am jealous of what bella has, she has true adore, it is something that most of us never find. I wonder if it is possible to have that nice of adore, to have someone who adores you and loves you that much and would do anything for you. I seems impossible. Its so rare these days that a guy treats a girl like that, like a queen. IDK maybe I'm just old fashioned. Open Question: What is your ideal Twilight soundtrack?

What is your ideal Twilight soundtrack? I pretty much like the songs chosen for the sountrack and used in the film, but I do agree w/ someone who said that Yiruma's "River Flows in You" is a more appropriate Bella's Lullaby as there could not have been an orchestra in the room with Edward when he played the tune, and the piano itself on the official Lullaby would not have much impact by itself. Any other specific songs that you think of in relation to Twilight, the movie, certain scenes, or the series as a whole?

Open Question: Should I not be allowed to drink?

My pal is throwing a birthday party for me tomorrow that involves alcohol. My boyfriend isn't going to be able to go so he doesn't want me to drink because he thinks I'm going to do something stupid. However, every the times I've been drunk (or drank alcohol) every I've done is sit on a sofa and watch movies while talking to my friends. We're pretty chill together and not every crazy like some people can be when they drink. So does it make sense for my boyfriend to be worried and receive mad at me when I want to drink? Btw...I would only be drinking with my girl friends, the only guy that would be there is my friends boyfriend...

Open Question: Help! What is this old vintage movie/book I'm looking for?

It's on the tip of my tongue. I believe it was a book that was made into a movie. It's an old movie from the 30s or 40s (b&W), where the story is based around (if my memory serves me correctly) a male and female who meet on the train platform and fall in adore. They decide to meet again and again with the intent of an affair, but both (or maybe only the female) are already married. The affair eventually ends before it even begins, and there's a scene where the pair are interrupted by a pal of the lady -- and there's a classic shot where he places his hand on her shoulder before saying farewell and disappearing. Any ideas?

Open Question: What's the 50 Cent song in the movie I Think I Love My Wife?

I have been trying to find this tune for a while now. Here is what I know. It's from the bar/party scene when he gets stood-up by that chic. Right before he runs into the girls from the store where he bought the shirt, he tries to call the girl that he's been waiting for. I believe this is when the tune is playing. I think it's 50 Cent or at least he is singing the hook for someone else, but it is him. From what I can make out, the lyrics go like this: "____ girls sitting at the corner of the bar With the ____ girls trippin on the fact that I'm a star Cause I'm shinning every night. Everybody can look it. It's difficult to be the man but somebody's gotta be it" The blanks are words that I can't make out. And it's not on the soundtrack.

I have Verizon. And with every of my other phones, I could keep music, movies, and pictures to a memory card, then put the memory card into my phone and view, hear, and watch them. I just got a Palm Treo 650 and I tried doing it but I insert the card, and nothing happens. Does anyone know if I am even ABLE to do this? If so, what file format do the files need to be? ok, so my movie just ended about 2 hrs ago ok? I was wondering wat ur opinoins are about the movie and what u would rate it. I think they did a good job except they could have done better, added some more scenes (they took out the blood testing and edward inviting bella to the table :( , they also could have had more scenes with the cullen family in it (i miss alice and jasper :(, also, the effects were kinda bad, what was with the sound effects when edward was in the sun!? please answer!

I was recently watching Hitch with Will Smith and he was talking about the Basic Principles and how girls dont wake up saying they dont want to be swept off there feet. Open Question: Do you think people should be given a second chance?

I'm in a dilemma, without anyone to really turn to here, so please help. When I got serious with my Fiance I learned he had a mark on his juvenile record that he was thinking of trying to expunge. After months of trying to find details and giving him space to feel comfortable telling me.. I learned he had a relationship when he was like 13-14 years with someone younger and he said he got in a lot of trouble. I asked who it was with and he said he couldn't say. But he was really shook up about everything and had so many tears. I had a little girl with him and while pregnant with our second, I took a trip to visit his Maternal side in Florida. She asked me how things were going and if we found out anything about his case. She asked if we were going to have to go to court. She eventually said it might be good if his Sister went too. I agreed and said the more support the better. She said his Sister would be able to show that she had moved on and it hit me.. his Mom knew at that point that I hadn't got the full story and she became so emotional.. it was so difficult. My Fiance was 13-14 and she was 9-10 when it happened. They said it went far and got pretty bad. That it happened for a long time and once they caught on they sent him to a juvenile middle. They said it was really rough for him and that he later went to live with his Dad. I felt so hurt, it was so sick. I was molested as a kid and I fell like I had fallen in adore with a Predator. He was a kid and he has changed, but ti's difficult to forget, or even forgive. I have a three year old Daughter and one year old son, and I am only 22. I feel like it's time to talk, he might be upset but I have so many questions, if I'm going to receive over my trust issue, he must be willing to talk to me about this. His Step Dad is going to Prison in a month for child porn, affairs and it just makes me feel insecure. His Mom has been screwed over.. lost her home and has no income now. I don't want to end up the same way.. he's not his Step Dad, but he took advantage of his Sister, they are very similar. I feel in adore with someone I trusted, but know there's a void. Should I make a day this weekend to drop the kids off and go somewhere to talk? I still have issues, and I'm never going to receive over them unless this is done. I know I chance ruining my Relationship by bringing it up, but what else can I do?..and he has been known to indulge in Porn, which wasn't taken lightly. His blood dad use to send him emails of girls being flashed, movies of sexual objects, it made us argue and it had us evaluating what we wanted. He's changed, but he's been known to surprise me too.

Open Question: im having a bit of trouble understanding what this woman i like said to me ?

First off hello everyone wish everyone is doing well today. As the title says i am a bit confused about something. Awhile ago about 2 months , i met this young lady at my work she works there on the weekend we started to talk allot practically every night after when she got out of her other job she would either call me or i would call her. We both showed interest into each other and we started to hang out which was really awesome.Well About a week ago we just got done eating and watching a movie i leaned over and kissed her we kissed twice after that she seemed a lil different and i noticed that so i gave her some space and after awhile i left because i had to receive up early in the morning. Now heres the really interesting part . I decided to call her to talk about what happened she told me that the reason why she acted like she did is because she didnt want it to go any further ( which i must say i had no intension to do so ) and she would like to be friends but its ok to kiss here and there once in awhile?????? I mentioned to her that if she was interested into someone thats also chilly with me i dont have no problem with that. She rsponded back and said noooo its not like that at every. Oh by the way i must also mention she did however date a few guys allready one guy she emediatly slept with i guess. And another was from her other job that didnt go so well . We havent talked since the night we talked about it .Its only been 5 days. But do you people think she avoiding me and i should keep the peace and go about my business. Troubling thing is i must mention i like her we have much in common and we can talk basically forever if we had the chance.I know some women dont like to tell us men directly about some things but this one im really stumped. I am wondering if she thinks im only there for sex or something but if i was there for only sex i wouldnt be cooking her dinners and showing her a great time and I would of tried making a move. She is 24 im 33 she mentiond she dated a couple guys that were older than me so i dont think its the age. So what do you people think has anyone came across a situation like this before? And ladies what does it actually mean when a lady says something like that. i did ask a very good lady pal and she was stumped on that one too. In internation movie it showed a scene when a mom was getting married her ex husband saw their 6 yr old daughter and decided to go with their daughter for a walk. few hours later her mom and other relatives discovered her missing and made a search party, while the mom fell into a shock mode, however she kept telling them it was the ex who did it , suddenly she hears her daughter's voice who was found by her uncle. every relatives uncluding mom start walking while mom burst into running, then she hugged daughter and fell with her, why do you think she reacted like that? thanks a lot when i asked my dad he told because it was the divorce factor involved and dad wanted to take the child , i don't know if my dad was right,or not my mom ran out on us 10 years ago .
